In the meantime I found the complete Italian set at VDO: http://www.vdodayton.com/sycomax/uis/me ... 000-IT.zip
This comprises the Radio MR 4000, the Navigation MS 4000 and the PC 3000.
There are only very small differences between the MS 4000 and your Carin 440, so I think these are helpfull
